robert_123 There is no mention of confidentiality in the 5 pages
of the US ARMY letter of Dec 5 2013 addressed to the Lindon Group
that outlines the testing program. Written and signed by a US ARMY
Senior Research Engineer. That is almost a YEAR ago.

The letter stated that the testing program had already begun. The only real question is where are the results - good or bad - as
promised by Coats?
