Why does it matter, INCC owns GroPro outright...

because-INCC-isnt-the-applicant….Mehos-is, NOT INCC….so the Mehos family owns the GroPro system ( sold to INCC supposedly, but if that falls through, the Mehos family retains ownership)

INCC is not the license holder….Mehois is………and he doesn't have State approval yet……so NO growing without it……….
