Thanks for your reply. My kneejerk response to the USSC Copaxone hearing was that the magnitude of apparent discord among the justices is bad for MNTA insofar as it may lengthen the time for the Court to arrive at a ruling. Regards, Dew

I could be wrong but I believe he has spoken once in eight years.
