MGNA - When I saw the pr from them about buying the new company I immediately thought where are the funds coming from. This actually does not catch me too much by surprise but I was hoping they would have found some other way. This thing was primed for some good news. Isn't that always what seems to happen though. SP rising, chart looks great, then dilution news. Hopefully stabilize and start to move back up from here. Some good news please.
