The number of issued shares is a subset of the total authorized shares. It is that amount which the board of directors and/or shareholders have agreed to allocate. Issued shares are the sum of outstanding shares and treasury shares.

..when the number of issued shares is a subset..hence..part of the Authorized shares..wherein..the authorized shares are 2.5 Billion..out of which the issued shares are 1,849,455,297!...Please explain how the authorized shares will still be 2.5 billion after R/S ???...
