Perhaps you should report NNVC's missed deadline to the SEC. You stated that you have had a working relationship with the SEC and I'm sure they'll remember you as an impeccable source of information.

Yes, Milton Boniuk-insider of NNVC and Board member just purchased another 100,000 shares in October 2014 to add to the huge amount of shares that he already owns. The shares were all purchased around 3 bucks a share when some holders got a little nervous and sold. Lucky Mr. Boniuk got these shares very cheap from someone.
