End of the month is a hearing. SwartWin has filed for Default Judgement. The judge will rule on that.

It is not about jury or no jury. The contract clears that point up. It is about whether there is a trail at all.

Smart Win have submitted a motion for summary judgement against EEGC. If the judge allows the motion then it is all over, EEGC have lost.

Things are looking pretty bleak for EEGC as their Lawyer Paul Batista failed to find a single tryable fact backed by any evidentiary proof. Paul is hoping to BS and bluster his way through the hearing, as he did last time, but all his arguments have already been completely debunked by Smart Win's lawyer. However the strain is clearly showing as Paul has been libeling innocent parties by making claims that they wrote things there were never written. This has been pointed out to him, but his ego will not allow him to admit he was wrong and apologise.

If by some miracle Paul does mange to win the judges sympathy then there will be a bench trial as dictated by the contract. But EEGC have no funding for that trial and because even if there were some how to get some award from that trial it would never be paid, nobody in their right mind is going to fund the trial.
