I think folks have had plenty of time to figure out where they stand on DUTV. The fact is those who are on board are in and those who aren't either have chosen not to be or are unaware of DUTV at this time.
Right now everyone combine must wait on McHenry to deliver the details. We won't see substantial increase in the volume/pps until he does.
Once that happens, and only when that happens will new buyers show up.
