Ed talked about an exclusive licensing agreement or something along those lines.
If assigned to the company, it would say so on the patent.
Not saying it is a huge issue right now. But it would be for a buyout...
It's a non-issue if Ed doesn't intend to take it away and/or end the exclusive licensing agreement. Which would have a negative impact on his 2 billion shares.
