They certainly have no trouble announcing their intentions to uplist.

It would be neat if NTEK announced a shareholder meeting in conjunction with the release of audited financials and its intentions to uplist.

But they'll never announce audited financials. They'll just announce that they've engaged an auditing firm and that audited financials will be along Real. Soon. Now.

Which in this case means never ever.
