If you've been following SEGI closely you would know why the news has not been PR'D. There will be no PR'S until the CTO is lifted, point blank. Mr. Sylvan is not going to put out news when Canadian traders are unable to buy or sell, I respect him for that. The news flow will commence as soon as the CTO is lifted.
Smart businessman, why pay for it until it is needed and he does when it is a good time to do it. I personally like him keeping the shareholders in the loop.
