I guess one question I have still to be answered is - where did the gold come from that Joel sold in Phoenix a couple weeks ago? I strongly suspect that it came from Atlanta, as Georgia SOS records show that Joel is still involved in the scrap gold business.
One way to resolve this is if ADEQ inspects the Congress Mine, and finds no disturbance to the tailings pile, or if he admits to them that he has not processed any tailings. That will pretty much seal the deal for Joel as being one of pinkyland's biggest liars ever. And that is a tough achievement, given that just about every pinksheet CEO does nothing but lie.
Ironically, Joel will probably spin that as a positive - "hey, look, no permits needed for Congress!!!" What he won't say is that there is no need for permitting tailings that have not been touched.
