Cramer on CNBC commented on the IBM call...it was brutal...they were lambasted for being a "stock buy-back" company had being terribly behind in the "cloud" ... no assets to speak of compared to Msft, Goog, Amzn etc.
...in desperate need of "cloud acquisitions" if they are to consider themselves a competitive "tech" company.
