I must say though... That if Motoped... wasn't part of APT I would prefer to put my money there as its own entity.

With Covey at the helm though and the chance that he can't come up with the required capital to complete the purchase of Motoped within the allotted time frame... ... ... Motoped would be free of Covey's grip.

Now there's where you might want to wait for the results of the deal.
