Retail. Think the MM's have been at the low and the last few weeks.

Only 1-2m in shares total have traded below .01 Between 1-1.2m below .0084 and millions above .03; so with a couple thousands this has been brought down well over 50%, thus it shouldn't take a lot to move it up or down? Any MM can come in and manipulate this in it's current state, my only concern is the company may be doing the diluting and we may still have a better place to load.
