I've bought another 50K under .06, but am fully loaded now. It's highly unusual, as suspect, to see over 1M shares offered at such a low price. Perhaps someone "in-the-know" has info on the lawsuit or upcoming earnings, or perhaps they have just "given up" and want out at any price. Either way, I've decided most of the bad news and downside risk are already baked into the price, so I've averaged down and doubled my shares. A pop, if there ever is one, will mean a lot of $$$ with 100K shares, on the otherhand, if I lose they entire $10,600 invested it won't kill me - worth the gamble, IMHO
