Adrock, let me just add that whenever you have a new technology that is a true game changer, big companies with deep pockets step in. Unless RTC has iron clad patents there is no chance that USPR would be a factor in that business longer term.

On the other hand, 125 million shares of stock would certainly pay for a complete survey of the property and a bunch of drilling. IF the property has multi-million ounces of gold/silver many shareholders could do quite well. They will never make that much on the back of plasma. There is just no way, (if the property is good) that a plasma plant in California is the best use of 125 million shares of USPR right now.

There is NOTHING that Pane or the board could say that would change that fact right now.

And then they can answer the ones I asked on 10/13?

1. With 50 combined years of mining experience for USPR's management team, at least 25 years mining experience for USPR's BOD (truthfully, I don't know who is actually on the board because multiple listing are different, but Burney has 25 years so let's go with that), plus however many years Mesa has, as we have no info on him, how is it possible that nobody knew the SEC requirements for releasing the data? I looked on google and found the requirements in 6 seconds, and I have ZERO mining experience.

2. Why are things so inter-related with USPR. Insiders at USPR are shareholders of RTC and USPR has a deal in place with RTC. USPR insiders are shareholders in Plasmafication and Plasmafication and RTC have a deal. Not to mention some insiders of USPR are shareholders in both Plasma and RTC. George Mesa gets hired as security then becomes a JV partner through his company that we have no info on. Mesa advances RTC $125k, then USPR gives Mesa $125k. Why is USPR essentially giving RTC $125k?

3. How much money to date has actually flowed from Mesa/Alba Petroleos to the USPR site? Other then USPR's pr/8k, what evidence do we have that Mesa/Alba Petroleos will actually give USPR the $50 million that USPR stated?

4. How many shares of USPR are in the float today?

5. What is the status of upgrading the Plasma facility? That was supposed to be accomplished a long time ago. Why has there been no progress, and why have there been no updates as to the status?

6. Why did nobody at Mesa, or USPR realize that reviewing the data that Mesa received from the Ukranians would take so long to review? USPR stated on 9/11/14 that Mesa had the data and it would be released next week. They didn't announce anything until 10/7/14. Why didn't anyone realize it would take almost a month to review rather then a week?

7. Lastly, if someone had the thought to check with regulators before announcing the results, why didn't they do that prior to putting out any pr that gave any timeline as to when shareholders could expect results? They gave 3, or 4, or 6 specific dates and they missed all of them. Why?
