It has to do with primary business income being in phone contracts... and maybe required in their Military Mobile deal win. Perhaps it was just the fact that foreigner accented people running fix screens/phones carts in malls... if they can be busy doing it ... why not RSH... kind'a thought... Who you going to trust a cart or Radio Shack with a 90 day ...
