Same thing said at .06, .05, .04, .03, .02, .01....

Same thing was stated in 2010 when hhse pps YOY pps average was much higher, and 2011, when YOY pps average was much higher, same thing was stated in 2012, when hhse pps average YOY was much higher, same thing was stated in 2013 when hhse pps YOY was much higher, and same thing was stated in 2014, when YOY pps average was lower than it has ever been since 2010.

I call it a common theme, YOY pps average ticks lower and lower with YOY better news than ever, IMO.
