What makes you think there was dilution going on? The Shelf Reg? ASCM was not here selling at all. I do not believe thy plan to use the reg ATM $25M anytime soon, maybe at a much higher PPS but it would be pointless to suppress the stock price at this point when they do not really need the capital.
