I tried to do some dd on the plasma plant.Like most things with this company I can't find jack...Any one have anything at all?

Yes Student we see the new terms, but that doesn't tell us the WHY of it.
1. Why does USPR want to be in the plasma business when they have a property in Mexico with potential but no money to explore or develop it?
2. Why would USPR want to be in the plasma business when there are other players in the field that are bigger and better funded?
3. Why would USPR pay dearly for a 25 yr license deal with RTC. Does RTC have patented technology that beats all the competition?
4. Why does USPR want a plasma plant in California when their ore is in Mexico?
5. Why would USPR not be better served to "spend" 125 million shares to get their property in Mexico fully surveyed, drilled, and proven?
6. We can see that the plasma farce is a great deal for Gerry Pane and his insider buddies. Why is it the best deal possible for the rest of the shareholders?
