There was a third party software than worked with Windows 95, Guard Dog, Microsoft did everything they could/did to go insecure web surfing.... We (computer programmers) must all be dorks.... Let's prevent a working 3rd party security software and go more subtle security loss (meaning hard to realize they're insecure)... lol This is out of control.
