There's nothing wrong with someone pointing out the "death cross." [Doing so, so frequently, however, is obnoxious.] The death cross is real in the sense that there are imbeciles and newbies who believe that it is real and this may affect the price per share of some stocks. In the case of AMMX, however, I think the investors here are wise and battle-hardened, and smirk at the death cross.
