WH bought a distributorship headed by a Canadian diva. Since WH has chosen to no longer report (i.e. countdown to delisting has already started), SHs don't get to know the stock dilution coming up in a year. What does a distributorship do? It distributes the products of others for sale. A distributor does not Phase test anything. A distributor develops nothing. Try to find a IDE filing on the FDA website for "Rapid Results" - surprise nothing exists. WH claiming to be testing anything is a fraudulent statement.

Well, if it's undisclosed, then how does this P&D site know about it??? BTW - the Fed gov doesn't make contracts with a distributor. The Feds would award a contract directly to the source or manufacturer of the product. It's amazing how weak some of these P&Ds by the 3rd party sites are structured.
