I would also recommend that we request PVEC to verify receipt of our emails and that they need no further information from us. If we do not request that verification they could tell us that they never received the proper information from us and we no longer qualify for the certs. Once again, a way to cull out more honest shareholders. (All of this being said if the certs are worth anything)
It "came up here" because I read it on their OTC page under news. Then I passed it along to the board. I'm not sure how that is hiding it, but it's seems like a smart way to do it without spending money on a PR. JMO
