Per previous posts on this board, Fortran is a programming language on which a vast percentage of stored government data is written. It needs to be updated and Glassware allows it to be done automatically whereas all other methods require manual transcription as far as I have heard. They need to update it to make it more accessible and to lessen storage equipment and space requirements.

This is a major revenue potential for Sphere and with CEO Mr. Kelly's contacts in the government and OVRL being on the approved list for GSA contracts, many expect to see a robust number of high profit contracts for government services in 2015.

Whether it is a true OS or not, the gist is it is one of the major factors for future Sphere revenues.
