Sounds more like Wood Wyant knows the landscape in Canadian health care well enough, to understand that it will take years for this to work its way through the system.
When I first read their "2020" comment, I almost fainted, then I got angry. Why in the world should it take seven years??? And how can we shareholders wait for that long?
Apparently they understood from their own experiences just how complex the system is.
