Carefully read the PR and media puff pieces promoting Sphere. Are they really about Sphere or has Sphere been tagged along the backend of a story on another subject? And are they from Sphere or some other source: twitter, blogs etc.

Look at what the CEO said and what they are doing now.

Read the patent "applications" (not patents approved, big difference).

Why and how has Glassware emulation morphed into a cloud platform using container and micro visor technology in six months?

Look at the CEO's track record with stock promotion. All high fliers that blew up on investors. No experience or success managing real operating companies (though he is quite skilled at the promotion side of the Game).

Look at V3 Systems. All but bankrupt, yet Sphere paid approximately $10 million for it. For a box with VMware View installed on it.

Why, if Glassware is so damn hot, does Sphere merge with a perennial money losing dog called Overland?

Why, if Overland is a world leader in storage solutions, does it lose $20+ million a year on sales that are the equivalent of ONE days average sales at EMC?

Ask the CEO to answer the question: how do you virtualize Apple software so that it runs on non Apple branded hardware? And why didn't he know that was a violation of Apple's contracts?

Just too many questions, serious and valid questions, to give the CEO benefit of the doubt and a pass.
