One way to make a millionaire into a billionaire real quick. Bankers are known for being greedy.. They bring out the IQN low, everyone that has an inkling of sense could see that trade for what it is. A no brainer. Say you sell 100k and use it on reserves if allowed how many you can leverage.. The shear magnitude is off the charts.. That is why they will come out higher, imo.. I don't think the PTB want to create upwards of 250k new millionaires, let alone thousands of billionaires over night. Wouldn't hurt my feelers one bit though if they did... Lol

The GOI is fully seated now. The ISX is down and will not be back on line until the 26th and will then be upgraded to meet and hook up with North America. Need a real rate for that, imo.
