Like I said, I wouldn't at all be surprised to see stuckholders sue Alf over for his false, misleading statements and outright LIES. Many of Alf's LIES have been documented in the intro above under the heading, "Warning Signs and Red Flags". I said "many" but there are actually quite a few more as I haven't had time to update the list......YET!
The company has not been forthcoming in the past regarding their legal difficulties so I'm not surprised to hear you say they have still more ahead of them.
