According to OTC markets' website they're starting a new tier. Something like OTC venture, like the Canadian exchange. Actually I think they're trying to poach business from the Canadians.
That's why that article made no sense to me, it seems OTC Markets is expanding.

Pretty close to being spot on, OTC markets doesnt "belong" to FINRA, it is however Regulated specifically by FINRA. OTC Markets is a public company owned and operated by OTC Markets Group Inc., trades under the ticker OTCM on the OTCQX tier.

There is no link between FINRA and the DTCC, the DTCC is a Federal Reserve Board Member and a Registered Clearing House. So it answers to the Federal Reserve as a "bank" and it answers to the SEC as a "clearing house".

FNMA.....Quick question....There are 4 gaps that I see on the FNMA daily, that have been 'closed' by candle 'wicks'.....I have learned that the 'wicks' don't count as full gap closures. Do you agree? Or, in your opinion, do you think the gaps in the bottom 'channel', (that seems to be moving upward), are considered 'closed'? tia
