Problem was that after the EPA testing was complete a "rogue reporter" from Dow.com quoted an EPA engineer as saying that they were no longer interested in the Technology. It's been all downhill since. It's truely amazing that every reporter has it out for Torvec. They must all be on the payroll of UBS.
