Up-listing will be a definite good news! But the current AS size needs to be reduced significantly in order to do that. Friendly financing will truly resolve those aged toxic debts problem which could be the best news we can expect here! Audited financials is not that important to WNBD since that cost the dear money to pay those greedy CPAs and lawyers...
