It is my understanding that the loft being used for the grow operation that Brian's team will build has to be a secured area by LAW that he and the Landlord will achieve ( including non permeation equipment ). Kolbe's Space will be Partitioned because a Grow Operation needs to be in a super clean environment in order to properly Harvest their yield. The building is part of a complex that houses RV's and Storage in the other buildings on the Land. The stuff on the bottom level belongs to the Landlord. The roll off door is heavily secured as also the Man door. the area will have Security Camera's and Alarm both Inside and outside of the building ( As to the Rules and Regulation of Oregon MMJ Laws). As you can see from the pic of the building...there is an automatic Gate that has a keypad to enter and exit on its left side...and a Key Locked gate on the right side
