mR. d sure has PTSC pegged! Better to sell now and wait for the appeal ruling. The hearing for the appeal is Nov 14 and the judges can take up to 3 months to decide. If the ruling goes against PTSC I doubt you could sell a large # of shares for 1c. If PTSC wins I don't expect much of an upside as the "win" would be for 960k and very few people care about this junk stock at this point. Also, many shareholders are anxious to sell into any rally and get out of this mess of a company and its toxic "partner" TPL/Alliacense (one in the same..run out of the same office by Lecrone's own son!). HTC may appeal to the Supreme Court and the way politics are going against patent trolls the judges may want to make an example out of PTSC to send a message to patent trolls. The appeals judges may want to do the same thing. Very possible. I give PTSC a 25% chance of a win.
