My understanding of why they were going through Colorado is because if they have to go to Delaware to get 251 g done then they still have to get approved back in Colorado, which is suppose to be easier if Delaware would approve. They were taking a more direct route to getting Colorado approval, also less costly.
I do agree that I think his lawyers should of realized their plan of action sooner, if we get no news at end of week I encourage everyone to call him @(585)967-3198. I will be calling him as I stated to him on the phone. So far he has answered when I have called.
Spoke briefly with the CEO earlier this month and he mentioned forthcoming input from the lawyers.
During the prior call you speak of (conference call with three of us in September) he did state that he would proceed with Delaware if the process in Colorado did not result in closure.
IMO this will manifest in a favorable outcome and a long term success story for the company.
The reasons for my stock purchases are as valid today as they were when previously initiated. Fortunately, I am in a position to be patient.
