How did they change their technology in order to make it work properly? If it is a hard shell, how does it just release the morphine and not release the Naltrexone?

Pfizer's crap was approved in 2011 and still is not on the market. The unstable way they make it has been an on going problem. Our Dr,s won't touch it with a 10 ft pole.
