I filed my claim with FINRA if that's what you mean. It was denied. I provided the FINRA claim that was posted here as a victory and still with that precedent they denied my claim and said they side with the brokerage.

When I filed my claim with my state oversight board, they ended up packaging up my claim and sending it to the SEC. The SEC told them to send it to them. The state then washed their hands of any involvement in any resolution. The SEC did nothing with it. This was back in 2006 if I recall correctly.

PS - the only person benefitting from shareholders getting certs is the person selling them to the brokerage. They're still worthless and there's no guarantee the stock will trade just because a few people got their shares.

I want my money back with interest minimally. When I have the time to focus on that, I will pursue it. I've already spent over $100 on copying packages and postage for my elected officials, State offices, FINRA and several news outlets... All my elected officials did was hand off my claims and complaints to the SEC that did nothing and the news outlets could care less.
