I am NOT a Plasma Expert.However,Plasma is a process to efficiently extract Metals.The method outlined is but one way of doing this.I believe the plant was operating on a very small scale.
Give me a break. Every shareholder should care. As Pane and the directors dilute the piss out of the stock that directly effects the share price. Even if you believe that you may one day sell your shares for $1. Had Pane and the directors and other select insiders not helped themselves to tens of millions of shares your share price might have been double that $1. If what you get for that dilution is a crappy little plant in California located far from any tailings or ore that needs to be processed and that has no exclusive license to operate, it will shut down. You got nothing. Pane and his buddies got 10's of millions of shares worth $1, (worth a dollar in this example...).
It is obvious that Pane can get the directors to sign off on anything he wants. The RTC deal proves that. Management owes shareholders details on why the plant in California is a good deal for USPR shareholders.
