Option-4: Bordynuik and PTOI is the last one in plastic to oil, they keep continue to looking user, they cut all cost, all people cut pay, they can survive long, finally they get foreign user , and then couple years later, everybody need do waste plastic to oil! So they collect all plastic and send to PTOI for free,now as they were in 2009 about being able to make oil for $10/bbl and selling it for WTI-$3.
