Agreed... Bill agreed to be CEO of ADIA and has not followed through with filings or updates.

I see a direct "conflict of interest" with Livewire releasing probiotic products when Bill is currently CEO of ADIA.

Clear-cut. Anyone who does not see this is just sticking their head in the ground...
