Rich~ does the sec just file suit against anyone and everyone?
My understanding is they only go after the REAL criminals......
They have a lawsuit against Steven hicks......to just dismiss other judgements against hicks as not meaningful is silly. Hicks has been found guilty and a judgement has been awarded to the plaintiffs in a nearly identical case to the one pending by the SEC.
