Someone correct me if I am wrong but I thought that they mentioned it on the call and it has been discussed here that JA still has a seat on the board. While one can't be certain, I would hope that a fair number of those 10 - 11 million shares are still restricted for him to remain on that seat but who knows, that might have been a condition for him to step down as CEO and let's face it, the new CEO and other players are a good thing for this company to move forward.
