The only portfolio stocks that are rightfully worried about the SEC's outcome, (wink!), are those with something to hide, knowingly operating fraudulently and/ or of ill intent.
But legitimate companies are always exempt from whatever axe the SEC may swing across the boaed..
Therefore, any concerns you have, should be directed to the insiders of this company rather than to the SEC for querying whether or not the Insiders are playng by the rules.
