Thank you, I had read only the first of that article, as the full version wasn't available (for free that is). Reading in its entirety was beneficial - sounds as though we're on track (really behind track), and wonder how long it will take for the last phase of the epc; hopefully not near as long as ph 1&2. Just as long as it gets done - I'll patiently await.
