would be a step in the right direction... hiring a CRO... management needs to deliver in a material way... CRO would be step one... a lot of valuable time has passed since management first started talking IND... failure to deliver for long horizon shareholders is bad enough... but failure to deliver for future patients far worse... I'm still watching... still intrigued by the science... not impressed by management... jmo...
