Umm...that chart is about 2 hours out of date. That means it's old news.

I don't think it bodes well for the foley clan when the US asks for a short extension to file their answer. I think that's the first time US asked for that. I expected d.f. to go for the delay.

Probably will be able to have some sort of delay answering the US answer when it comes in.

I'm glad to be on this side of the country away from the clan.

Actually, anyone who knows how to read charts would argue that things are looking VERY good for NTEK right now.

Because you created your chart before the stock market closed today, the Accumulation/Distribution line gave you information based on the last full trading day, which was Oct. 16th. This does not factor in today's price increase and accumulation. If you were to run the same chart now, you'd see an uptick in the Accum/Dist for today.

However, this is actually a very small detail. While I look at the daily charts, I prefer to look at longer term trends in the weekly charts. The longer the trend, the stronger it is.

One thing I want to point out is the strong support line, dating back to 0.01 in June 2013 and moving up to 0.055 in October 2014. Interestingly, we did not close below this support line, even when the market crashed this week.

Another thing I'll point out is that the 5-day moving average, shown in blue in the chart (link below), is now above the 10-and 20-day moving averages, which are red and green, respectively. The last time this happened was in June 2013. Look at how the stock responded once it happened. This is clearly a buy signal.

Oh, and btw, notice how, since June 2013, the Accum/Dist line is rising in the chart (link below).

There are other positive signals, but I think that's enough for now.
