We can only be sure of anything under the 0S... There are restricted shares as well Let's say 800 mill and some change

I see no dilution. There is no increase in the OS, therefore no dilution to the pps or voting rights per OS shares. In fact, the way the pps is holding up, considering the possibility of past conversions to finance Oasis, I think we are doing quite well. I am looking forward to a bright future. JMHO
