The point being, Larry has NO outlay of money, nor personal financial stake in the company.

-HJOE comes up with the Hail Mary idea (people seem to like how Veal thinks HJOE is a football team:his emails are inspirational)
-"Larry Energy Shot"::THEY contact Larry's camp, with the idea ( sorry Lux it's in print, contrary to your Larry came to them ballad)
-Larry CAN'T lose (a) HJOE gives him money for the use of his. Name, brand etc every QUARTER
..............................(b) HJOE gives his charity a % of every bottle sold ( if any) for his CHARITY
...............................(c) Larry gets money for Larry by just being Larry, charity gets money if the shots sell (along with Larry beer batter, Canjun dog treats etc)
Larry has someone throw a couple photos on ( ironically the site people use for their DD, Facebook) , Larry holding a bottle, Larry states it's great etc, and couple times a week someone tweets Larry likes his Energy drink.
That's Larry's involvement, no money invested, and his photo disappears when the quarterly payments start to bounce.
Larry gets money ( Even Larry won't help them with financing, ( Warner Bros, Larry's team, Fundable's, there is a reason they CANT get financing
Somewhere in that mix % of sales go to the management team! maybe to other financial obligations ( not a strong point for HJOE, paying bills owed),
Maybe they can PR a new contract for sales in Ireland or somewhere, the Japan one kept the investors sated (of course that's not HJOE fault, nor is any other miscue, it's the distributors,suppliers, buyers, mean guy down the block etc., it's always someone else)
