If that is the case it is great news for me. I have missed out on some huge gains because my fills didn't happen despite having bids at or above the ask on OTC and PINK stocks but the stock in question there is not part of 1% of them that is not "quoted" electronically. That is simply the way all OTC and Pink stocks are filled. I shouldn't have had a few beers while watching the game yesterday. No matter how many times I read that article it makes no sense to me. I will crawl away and hope any changes being made are for the better.
